Return Policy
If you wish to return products ordered from NeoSound, you can do so via . It is important to consult this section before submitting a return request. Below you will find the entire return policy.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by registering a return request in the Return section.
According to Article 9 paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the products/the last product.
Returns can be made by express courier to NeoSound Headquarters.
Costs and fees for canceling a purchase
Costs borne by the buyer:
- Return costs (courier transport) in case the buyer cancels the purchase of the product within 14 days of receiving the product. (art.14. point 2)
- If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, a fee will be charged for restoring it to its original condition (if possible) or, at the customer's option, we will reship the product at their expense. (art.14.point 3);
Refund of amounts
The refund of the amounts will be made to the client's IBAN account within 14 days from the date of at which the seller is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, subject to prior receipt of the returned product by the seller. (art. 13, points 1, 2, 3 and 4)
NOTE: According to the above-mentioned ordinance, the 14-day return policy applies only to orders delivered to individual consumers.
In the case of products purchased by a legal entity or other forms of organization, the return period is 3 days. The legal entity customer will bear all round-trip transportation costs.
You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the products and the refund of items that result from damage due to handling, products that present physical defects such as: bumps, cracks, chips, burnt or cracked components/parts, etc., other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products.
