Transportation Policy

Courier delivery is available in any location in the country at the price of 19 Lei.

Orders over 450 RON benefit from free shipping.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the AWB number of the package registered with the courier company and details on how to track the delivery status. Please make sure that the phone number registered in the order is available as you will be contacted by the courier before the package is delivered.
The delivery period of packages by the courier company is 1-2 business days.

Pick up from Easybox locker

The package is delivered in a secure locker, available in over 1500 pickup points across the country.

Delivery conditions with easybox pickup:
- payment is made only by card online;
- the delivery cost is 10 lei.

What you need to do to benefit from this service:
On the order completion page, select the Easybox Pickup method.
Choose one of the delivery points from the list. To make it easier to select from the list, type the city where you want to pick up.

When the package arrives at the locker, you will receive an email from Sameday with a QR code and an SMS with the PIN code. You have 36 hours to pick up the product. Scanning the QR code or entering the PIN code at the pick-up point will unlock the compartment where the package is located.
